Terms of Service

By accessing or using MCPForDevs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

MCPForDevs is a multi-tenant platform that allows organizations ("Customers") to expose their existing APIs as Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and optionally provide user authentication services to their end users. We provide the infrastructure, tooling, and authentication layer — Customers are responsible for the APIs and applications built on top of it.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. API key values are shown only once at creation and are never stored in plain text by MCPForDevs. You must immediately revoke and replace any key you believe has been compromised.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or using your API keys.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Transmit malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract proprietary components of the platform.
• Resell or sublicense access to the platform without prior written consent.
• Use the Auth service to authenticate users on behalf of organizations you do not represent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice.

Customers are solely responsible for the APIs they expose through MCPForDevs, the tools and data they make available to AI agents, and the end users they authenticate using our Auth service. MCPForDevs acts as an infrastructure layer and does not review or validate the content of API responses or tool definitions.

Customers must obtain any necessary consents from their end users before using our Auth service to authenticate them, and must maintain their own Privacy Policy governing end-user data.

Certain features of the Service may be subject to fees based on usage (API requests, authentication events, or active servers). Applicable pricing will be presented at the time of subscription or upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers, maintenance windows, or events outside our reasonable control.

MCPForDevs retains all rights to the platform, including its code, design, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology beyond what is strictly necessary to use the Service.

You retain ownership of your APIs, configurations, and any data you bring to the platform. By using the Service you grant MCPForDevs a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCPForDevs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to MCPForDevs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or error.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required for billing records or legal compliance.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the dashboard at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MCPForDevs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
